S’mores Desserts
I know I’ve mentioned this before, but as much as I love making and eating s’mores around the campfire each summer, I love making desserts inspired by my love of s’mores even more than the classic.
From S’mores Cupcakes to S’mores Cinnamon Rolls, Peanut Butter S’mores Bars to S’mores Brownie Bites, Nutella S’mores Cookie Pie to S’mores Toffee Squares, and last but never the least, you’ll want to cool off with a S’mores Sundae this summer too!
S’mores Rice Krispies Treats
These S’mores Rice Krispie Treats are the easiest S’mores inspired dessert yet. Is there any dessert easier to make than rice krispie treats.
While these rice Krispie treats require a little more effort than classic rice Krispie treats, that effort is well-worth it! The ingredient list is simple and your s’mores loving self is going to love them.
- crushed graham crackers
- rice krispies
- mini marshmallows
- large marshmallows
- butter
- Hershey bars
S’mores Rice Krispies
To make these extra delicious, I went the extra step and toasted some marshmallows under the broiler until golden brown before mixing them in with the rice krispies and graham crackers.
You could skip this step, (Or use a kitchen torch), but I think it makes them extra special and is worth turning on the oven for.
You might have noticed that this recipe has quite a few more marshmallows than classic rice Krispie treats.
I added a whole extra package, partly because we needed a few more, since I added the crushed graham crackers. And partly because the more marshmallows the better for chewy awesomely sticky rice Krispie treats.

We made these today and they were awesome! I’m not a fan of marshmallows and only like to eat them in s’mores or rice Krispie Treats, this recipe was the best of both worlds and I’ll definitely be making them again!
