Raspberry White Chocolate Ice Cream is the no churn summertime treat you need!
You’ll be amazed how easy this rich, creamy ice cream is and you don’t even need an ice cream maker. It’s swirled with raspberry and white chocolate, sweetness in every bite.

Raspberry White Chocolate Ice Cream
I made a dangerous discovery. I can make rich, creamy ice cream without an ice cream maker. If I had to choose a favorite dessert, treat or comfort food, it would be ice cream every time.
To find a way to make it quickly and easily, we are all in serious trouble. I wouldn’t want to keep all this delicious trouble to myself, so I’m sharing the easiest ice cream recipe you’ll ever make!
The secret to soft, creamy ice without an ice cream maker is simple; whip the heavy cream. I don’t need to know the science behind it. It just works.
When the cream is light and fluffy, mix in a can of sweetened condensed milk, some raspberry jam, and white chocolate.
You’ll be amazed how easy this rich, creamy ice cream is and you don’t even need an ice cream maker. It’s swirled with raspberry and white chocolate for a special summertime treat.

No Churn Raspberry Ice Cream
No churn homemade ice cream is my summer obsession. I even have these ice cream containers. I LOVE that I can layer the Raspberry White Chocolate Ice Cream combination in and put it in the freezer.
The containers are designed to prevent freezer burn and keep your homemade ice cream delicious tasting. A homemade ice cream-making MUST HAVE in my book.
While this Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe is a slightly softer homemade ice cream. Nothing makes me crazier than my children trying to scoop ice cream with my serving spoons and bending them.
I like this scoop it is sturdy and makes scooping hard ice cream or creamy homemade ice cream super easy.

No Churn Ice Cream Ingredients
- heavy whipping cream
- can sweetened condensed milk
- vanilla
- white chocolate
- raspberry jam
- warm water

Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
- Melt 4 ounces of white chocolate using the microwave at 10 second intervals. Chop 4 ounces of white chocolate into pieces.
- Fold together sweetened condensed milk and melted white chocolate. Add the white chocolate chunks. In a separate bowl stir together the raspberry jam and warm water until smooth.
- Spoon one third of the whipped cream mixture into a 2 quart bowl or ice cream container. Drizzle on one third of the raspberry jam followed by one third of the condensed milk white chocolate mixture. Repeat the layers two more times then gently swirl with a knife.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Raspberry White Chocolate Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 14 ounces can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces white chocolate divided
- ⅔ cup raspberry jam
- 2 teaspoons warm water
Instructions
- Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
