As a three-time cookbook author and food blogger, I develop and photograph every recipe we share online and in print.  I’m the author of The Weeknight Dinner CookbookThe Weekday Lunches and Breakfasts Cookbook, and The Weeknight Dessert Cookbook. All of these cookbooks are available on Amazon or in local bookstores.

I started food blogging in 2011 when I created Barefeet in the Kitchen to share recipes with friends and family. In 2019, I was blessed with the opportunity to carry forward the legacy of Chocolate with Grace. Why that name? Because every day is better with just a hint of chocolate and a whole heap of grace.

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8-9

In 2022, I created Vegetable Recipes to celebrate my love of all things vegetable-related. It humbles me today, to know that millions of people visit these sites each month, looking for one of my recipes to bring a tasty meal to their table with a minimum of fuss.

There are nearly 3,000 recipes published on these websites, many of which have been featured in Tasting Table, Daily Mail, Parade, Country Living, Tasty, Redbook, BuzzFeed, Delish, and She Knows.
