Chicken, ham, bacon, and cheese are layered on a simple pizza crust spread with Alfredo sauce to create this Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza.
A few years ago my sister came to spend a few days with me. We had a great time just hanging out, shopping, cooking, and eating.
This Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza was one of our creations that weekend. Once we had the idea, we HAD to make it.
Playing in the kitchen is always more fun when we’re together!
This pizza is as simple as layering chicken, ham, bacon, and cheese onto a super-fast pizza crust. I’ve made this pizza with store-bought crusts and with homemade ones.
These toppings are also terrific on a French Bread Pizza – for the ultimate in easy pizza nights! This is delicious however you choose to make it.

Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza
Traditional Chicken Cordon Bleu is simply chicken stuffed with hame and Swiss cheese. (Delicious, right??)
This pizza is an easy twist on the classic dinner. Since the weather has been so nice, I’ve been outside planting flowers, going on walks, and just enjoying the sunshine.
While I’ve been making the most of the gorgeous weather, I’ve been avoiding spending time in my kitchen in favor of being outside.
Thankfully, this pizza is easy to throw together even when making your own crust. (This whole wheat crust recipe is a great one if you want to make your own!)
I typically use leftover chicken or pick up a rotisseries chicken for this recipe.
Chicken Cordon Bleu Pizza Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Roll out the pizza crust into a 12 x 8 inch rectangle. Place on a large baking sheet.
- Spread the crust with Alfredo sauce. Top the pizza with cooked chicken, ham, bacon and all of the shredded cheese.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the cheese has fully melted and the edges of the pizza are golden brown. Watch closely at the end of the baking time to prevent the cheese from browning too much.

If I could pick the flavor of pizza at my house, this would be it! My kids on the other hand are picky, so we usually make pepperoni instead.

Do you have to bake the pizza crust first before you add the toppings?
Mary says
No, you do not, Patti.

Used flatbreads which we grilled 2 minutes per side before adding toppings. Heated chicken while grilling flatbread. Then added toppings and heated 4 minutes on unheated side of grill. Very tasty…keeper recipe for sure!!
