Garlic and Rosemary Potatoes
To make these irresistible roasted potatoes, you’ll need the following ingredients:
- olive oil
- garlic cloves
- salt
- black pepper
- fresh rosemary
- baby potatoes
- fresh parsley
Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Combine the oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary in a mixing bowl.
Stir well to combine the ingredients. Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss well to thoroughly coat the potatoes with the spice mixture.
Spread the potatoes across the baking sheet. Roast for 35-40 minutes, stirring the potatoes and turning them over with a large spatula once halfway through. Remove from the oven and sprinkle generously with parsley before serving.
