Spicy, tangy, and savory flavors are stacked atop each together in a baking dish to create this sensational Layered Taco Dip. My fellow snackers can rejoice because while this is fantastically snackable, it is also hearty enough to be dinner any night of the week.

Taco Dip with Ground Beef

We make this ground beef taco dip both with and without the optional black beans. For my family, heartier recipes almost always win out, so we really like it with the beans and it tends to be more filling as well.

Feel free to adapt the ingredients list to suit your preference. We typically have several hot sauces out on the table when serving a dish like this. Everyone can add however much heat they want.

Start by cooking and crumbling the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain, if needed, and add black beans, if desired. Sprinkle with half of the taco seasoning.

Add several tablespoons of water and continue cooking for another minute or two. Stir well to combine, until well-seasoned and slightly saucy. Allow the meat to cool while preparing the rest of the recipe.

If you’re fortunate enough to have and leftover dip, it may by stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a couple of days.

Ground Beef Taco Dip

My family has loved all things taco for as long as I can remember. So, this taco dip with ground beef was a sure bet. If yours is like mine, then give this Cornbread Taco Bake a try next. You won’t regret it!

This Hearty Taco Soup is also a terrific option, too. It is loaded with Mexican flavors, and it’s a breeze on busy weeknights. And, you can dress it up however you like. I like to top mine with corn chips, shredded cheese, and avocado.

For those who want a more traditional taco, allow me to highlight these Salsa Chicken tacos. Cooked in the crock-pot, these tacos pack a punch. Or, you can use the chicken meat over a salad for a lighter option.

You can also make Mexican Pulled Pork in the slow cooker. It’s just three ingredients, and you won’t believe how tasty it is. And, what better to finish a meal like this other than some luxurious Dulce De Leche Cupcakes?

Looking for more snackable options? These creamy, nutty, and mildly salty 4 Ingredient Cheese Balls are incredibly simple to throw together, perfect for elevating your next charcuterie night.
