Ingredients

  • 1 pound mild or sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup nuts chopped
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder

Instructions

  • Combine the cheddar and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and mix until well blended. Add the nuts and garlic and mix. Shape into bite-sized balls.
