White chocolate peppermint popcorn is super easy to make and everyone will be wanting more!

Ingredients
10cupspopped popcorn
1cup white chocolate chipsor 8 ounces vanilla almond bark
⅛teaspoonpeppermint extract
6miniature candy canes or peppermint candiesfinely crushed, about 2-3 tablespoons
Instructions
Line a large baking tray with parchment and spread the popcorn across it.
Melt the white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl at 50% power, for about 1½-2 minutes, stopping and stirring every 20-30 seconds, just until it is smooth. Stir in the peppermint extract, taking care not to add too much.
Drizzle the popcorn with with about ⅔ of the melted chocolate and sprinkle with some of the crushed candy canes, stir gently.
Spread again across the parchment, and drizzle with the remaining melted white chocolate and sprinkle with remaining candy cane bits if desired.
