14ouncessmoked sausage or kielbasacut into 1 inch pieces
1poundfresh green beansrinsed and trimmed, OPTIONAL
Instructions
Place the potatoes and onions in the crockpot and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle generously with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Toss to coat. Add the kielbasa and stir to mix throughout.
Place the green beans over the potatoes and sausage. Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours.
Uncover and stir. Continue cooking, as needed, until the green beans and potatoes are fork-tender.
Notes
I often double the sausage in this recipe. If you have a family of meat lovers, like I do, feel free to multiply it as desired.
