- 2 Granny Smith apples chopped into ½-inch pieces, about 3 cups
- 1 pound green grapes sliced in half lengthwise about 2 cups
- 1 pound red grapes sliced in half lengthwise about 2 cups
- 1 cup pecans chopped small
Dressing Ingredients
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Add the apples, grapes, and pecans to the bowl and stir to coat. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
