Air Fryer Shrimp
Air fryer shrimp makes even faster work of already quick cooking shrimp to get a crowd-pleasing dish on the table in record time.

- 8 ounces large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked or plain paprika
- ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¼-½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- lemon wedges for serving
Preheat the airfryer to 400°F. Rinse the shrimp with cold water in a colander. Then, line a large plate or tray with paper towels and place the shrimp on the towels. Pat dry with additional paper towels. Set aside.
Remove the paper towels and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, paprika, parsley, salt, and cayenne pepper. Toss with your hands to coat.
Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 4-6 minutes, shaking halfway through. Shrimp is done when it is opaque white and pink. Drizzle with a bit of lemon juice and serve with additional lemon wedges.
