Air Fryer Shrimp

Air fryer shrimp makes even faster work of already quick cooking shrimp to get a crowd-pleasing dish on the table in record time.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked or plain paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • ¼-½ teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the airfryer to 400°F. Rinse the shrimp with cold water in a colander. Then, line a large plate or tray with paper towels and place the shrimp on the towels. Pat dry with additional paper towels. Set aside.
  • Remove the paper towels and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with garlic, paprika, parsley, salt, and cayenne pepper. Toss with your hands to coat.
  • Arrange the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Air fry for 4-6 minutes, shaking halfway through. Shrimp is done when it is opaque white and pink. Drizzle with a bit of lemon juice and serve with additional lemon wedges.
