This S'mores Sundae is the best s'more recipe for a hot summer day. These sundaes are s'mores ice cream perfection.

Ingredients
1pintvanilla or chocolate ice cream
½cupcrushed graham crackers
¼cupchocolate chips
1cupminiature marshmallows
½cuphot fudge
Instructions
Spread the marshmallows into a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Turn oven broiler to high and broil the marshmallows for 30 seconds to 1 minute until just toasted.
Place a scoop of ice cream in the bottom of each sundae glass. (I love how layered sundaes look in glass sundae dishes like these!) Sprinkle on a layer of chocolate chips, graham cracker crumbs, hot fudge, and toasted marshmallows. Add a second scoop of ice cream and a final layer of toppings.
Notes
Mini marshmallows under the broiler can go from lightly toasted to burnt in the blink of an eye so watch your oven closely.
