- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
- 1¾ cup old fashioned oats
- Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or mini m&ms
Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Then, add the oats and stir to mix throughout. Stir in chocolate chips, if desired.
Use a 1 tablespoon scoop to portion into balls and roll smooth. Place the peanut butter balls in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
