Peanut Butter Oatmeal Balls

These no bake treats pack a punch of rich peanut butter with the earthy taste of oats and that hint of sweetness we all crave.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
  • cup old fashioned oats
  • Optional: ¼ cup mini chocolate chips or mini m&ms

Instructions

  • Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine. Then, add the oats and stir to mix throughout. Stir in chocolate chips, if desired.
  • Use a 1 tablespoon scoop to portion into balls and roll smooth. Place the peanut butter balls in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to eat.
