Cake Mix Cupcakes
Rich, moist, chocolate cupcakes are the perfect indulgence for any chocolate lover. Though they are made from a mix, they don't taste like one at all.

- 15 ounces Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 3.9 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- ¾ cup canola oil
- ¾ cup warm coffee or water
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a cupcake pan with paper liners. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cake mix, instant pudding, eggs, oil, coffee or water, and sour cream.
Beat with an electric mixer for about 30 seconds to combine. Add the chocolate chips and mix throughout.
Scoop the batter into the liners in the pan, filling each cup about ⅔ full. Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cool completely before frosting.
