Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning, (1) 1-ounce packet worth
  • 30 ounce canned chili or ranch-style beans, (2) 15-ounce cans worth
  • 10 ounce canned diced tomatoes with green chile
  • 8 ounce canned tomato sauce

Optional Toppings

  • shredded cheddar cheese
  • sour cream
  • chopped cilantro
  • sliced green onions
  • crushed tortilla chips or corn chips

Instructions

  • In a large pot over medium-high heat, cook and crumble the ground beef with the taco seasoning. Add the chili beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Scoop into bowls and add toppings, as desired.
