- 5 or 6 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup canned pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp nutmeg
- Whipped cream if desired.
Place all ingredients, except the whipped cream, into the blender. Blend until smooth. If it is too thick, add milk and blend again. Pour into two glasses and top with whipped cream.
