S’mores Graham Cracker Toffee

  • 12 whole graham crackers
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • ¾ cup mini chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay graham crackers in a single layer on the parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter and sugar over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
  • Pour the bubbling mixture over the graham crackers and spread with a spoon. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven. Turn on the broiler, adjust the oven rack to its highest position.
  • Sprinkle the graham crackers with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Place under the broiler for 30-60 seconds until the marshmallows are golden brown. Watch them closely, they will burn.
  • When cool to the touch, serve while they are still gooey.
