S’mores Graham Cracker Toffee
S'mores without the campfire! These 15-minute S'Mores Graham Cracker Toffee feature all the yumminess of the classic campfire treat.
Servings: 24 squares
- 12 whole graham crackers
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay graham crackers in a single layer on the parchment paper.
Melt the butter and sugar over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly.
Pour the bubbling mixture over the graham crackers and spread with a spoon. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove from the oven. Turn on the broiler, adjust the oven rack to its highest position.
Sprinkle the graham crackers with marshmallows and chocolate chips. Place under the broiler for 30-60 seconds until the marshmallows are golden brown. Watch them closely, they will burn.
When cool to the touch, serve while they are still gooey.
