- ¾ cup peanut butter creamy
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1¼ cup light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¾ teaspoon baking soda
- 1½ cups chocolate chips milk or semi-sweet
Combine the peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add milk and vanilla, and mix in completely. Add egg, and beat until well combined.
Whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, beating well after each addition. Stir in chocolate chips.
Cover cookie dough or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before baking. Overnight is fine.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned on the edges.
Remove from the oven and let cool on the sheet for two minutes before transferring to a cooling rack. Store in an airtight container.
