No Churn Peppermint Ice Cream
Enjoy Peppermint Ice Cream all year round with this easy, no-churn recipe.
Servings: 2 quarts
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
- 1/4 cup crushed candy canes
- OPTIONAL: red food coloring
In a stand mixer, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, mint extract, and candy canes with a rubber spatula.
Add a drop or two of food coloring, if desired. Scoop the mixture into a 2 quart dish and freeze overnight.
