Nutella Brownies for Two

Rich, fudgy Nutella Brownies for Two. The perfect small batch dessert for when you don't want a whole lot of sweet leftovers hanging around.

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • Preheat oven to 350 F and line an 8 x 4 in loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy and doubled in size. Whisk in the sugar and Nutella. Gently stir in the flour and salt.
  • Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
