Nutella Brownies for Two
Rich, fudgy Nutella Brownies for Two. The perfect small batch dessert for when you don't want a whole lot of sweet leftovers hanging around.
Servings: 4 brownies
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup Nutella
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 F and line an 8 x 4 in loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat the eggs until fluffy and doubled in size. Whisk in the sugar and Nutella. Gently stir in the flour and salt.
Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
