Muffin Mix Pancakes

Did you know that you can make pancakes from muffin mix? It turns out that muffin mix pancakes are the easiest pancakes ever!

Ingredients

  • 6-7 ounce package of muffin mix any flavor
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the muffin mix and the milk. Let the batter rest while the griddle heats.
  • Warm a flat-bottom nonstick skillet or electric griddle over medium-low heat. Scoop about 3 tablespoons of batter onto the griddle and allow the pancakes to cook until they begin to bubble on top and they are lightly browned on the bottom, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip them over and cook the second side until golden brown. Serve warm with the toppings of your choice.
