This is wonderful! I’m in Norway in the summer and my daughter in law has a huge rhubarb plant where I can help myself to all the rhubarb I want. I take advantage of that and usually the Norwegian strawberries are ripe at the same time that the rhubarb is at its best, so I’ve got it made. I have made this crisp many times and it’s always a great hit. Great recipe!

This was so good!
Not overly sweet like most recipes.
Definitely on the rotation from now on.
Added dotted butter and sliced almonds to the top.

Excellent flavor and texture. I cut both sugars significantly and was very happy with the results. Guests raved about it. Ice cream adds to the pleasure!
