This was so good!
Not overly sweet like most recipes.
Definitely on the rotation from now on.
Added dotted butter and sliced almonds to the top.

Excellent flavor and texture. I cut both sugars significantly and was very happy with the results. Guests raved about it. Ice cream adds to the pleasure!

I make this at least twice during rhubarb season. This has replaced strawberry rhubarb pie at our house!
