I love anything with rhubarb and cranberries. Unfortunately, most of my rhubarb is green. I would say 9/10 of it is green and finding it in the stores could be difficult, especially as I am out of the main city in the spring and summer.
What substitute sugar can I use when playing Around with rhubarb and cranberries?

I've made Rhubarb sauce forever. It freezes really well and tastes sooooo good in middle of winter. I love to add a package of cherry or strawberry jello to give it a little extra and different taste. ( Use some less sugar if adding regular jello).

PS. I definitely enjoy your recipes...
