Without being in your kitchen with you, it can be hard to know for certain. But my guess is that you&#039;re pressing down very firmly. I don&#039;t press the crust into the pan very much at all, just lightly. You might also make sure you aren&#039;t using more than half of the crust in the bottom layer.]]></description>
