					<description><![CDATA[Fantastic! This recipe worked great. I was unsure about using dried fruit in a cookie. Thought it would be tough and chewy. I was wrong! I used dried blueberries, cherries, and some freeze dried raspberries. Couldn’t find regular dried raspberries at my store. I also added a little lemon extract (could used lemon zest) to bring out the flavor of the berries even more. Thanks!]]></description>
