Yum! I made my own whipped topping with heavy cream and monkfruit sweetener and used zero sugar cheesecake pudding to cut back on calories/carbs a wee bit. The rest of the family did not notice these changes. Simply and delicious.

May I ask?? One person asked on June 26th questioning if you add the juice from the pineapple chunks..it shows you had noted drained but, told her yes..im just questioning bcuz im going to attempt the salad for a family gathering!! Tu
