At first i was thinking eewww.. mayonaise. But I just made this pizza and it is AWESOME!! I think next time i will add 1/4tsp seasoned salt with the mayo, to kick up the flavor a little. But other than that it was so good!!

In reply to Romeo. Thanks for commenting! I'm all for going the extra mile when the results will be amazing, but in this case I chose to use mayonnaise based on its use in the traditional Philly Cheesesteak. If white sauce makes you happy, use it :)

This looks yummy! I have had philly cheesesteaks on the brain lately thinking about different things I could do with them. We make tortilla pizzas on the grill and think this would be awesome on them.

Your pizza looks awesome! I need to try this sometime! We used to live in the Philadelphia area for a couple years and miss those cheesesteaks now!! We used to take lots of trips to Lancaster too, what a beautiful area! 🙂 Thanks for the pizza inspiration! 😉
