I’m glad you enjoyed the pear crisp! If the cinnamon was a bit too strong for your tastes, I’d agree with you and would recommend reducing the amount next time you make it. I enjoy it as a fairly dominant flavor in many dishes, though personally, I don’t find it all that strong here. Preferences and tastes for different spices can certainly vary though. I love pear crisp, or pear crumble as we called it in my native UK. The only thing about this recipe that I am not sure of is the amount of cinnamon in it? I like cinnamon as a background taste not dominate the whole flavor. So next time I will reduce the amount of cinnamon.

Yes it was very good. I did add 1 Tbls of lemon juice to the pears before adding any other ingredients because my pears were very sweet.😋
