You can do this, Chris. These cookies are not done when you pull the from the oven. (This applies to most cookie recipes as well.) Make sure you let them rest on the baking sheet after pulling them out of the oven. Then remove them from the baking sheet and let them cool completely on the rack.]]></description>

I kept cutting one of the cookies in half to see that they were baked, are they supposed to be not done all the way in the middle? It was probably something I did and not your recipe, nothing seems to turn out for me?]]></description>
