I&#039;m so glad you love this meatloaf too! Is there any chance that you are buying a leaner variety of ground beef than in the past? I found this to be a fairly firm meatloaf, so I&#039;m unsure what could be causing the crumbling.]]></description>

Lately I have been having a problem, however, with the meatloaf crumbling when I slice it, even after letting it sit 15-20 minutes to firm up. What am I doing wrong?
