In reply to Amy. Agreed! I love cookie butter, and on its own it is sweet enough, but this recipe seems to need some sugar to add some sweet texture and hold it together like traditional no-bake cookies. Without it these cookies were pretty unremarkable.

In reply to katie. Hi Katie! I'm guessing that you boiled the mixture to long. I would just barely bring it to a boil, before removing it from the heat and adding the oats. Boiling it, even for a few seconds will cause the mixture to crystallize when it cools and the cookies may fall apart.
