This was probably the best berry cobbler recipe I’ve found. I think the key was sufficient cornstarch to manage the very juicy berries grown in Oregon (we truly have the best berries). It turned out perfectly although I will admit to one deviation. Rather than 1 cup of flour I used 3/4 cup of flour and 1/4 cup of oatmeal.
