In reply to Brandon. Unfortunately, it's hard to guess without being in your kitchen with you. Did you substitute any ingredients? Or change any of the steps here? Were the berries frozen when you added them to the dough?

So I am in the process of making these right now and can’t seem to figure out how you got the dough to form and I put all the ingredients that you listed and it’s looks like pan cake mixes lol🤦 do you add anything else other then what you have listed I feel like I am missing a part.

Flavor was spot on when drizzled with lemon, but they are definitely pancakes when made according to the recipe…even after trying to chill the dough before baking I made them by placing an ice cream scoop full in a muffin top pan instead and they came out like mini cookie cakes…WIN! These were a HUGE hit!

Okay I love this recipe. My cookies came out flatter, maybe I over-mixed the dough. But I like ’em that way anyway lol. These came out so good and I can’t wait to make them again soon.
