I forgot to mention that i added peas and corn instead of carrots. I used it from the can. I also cut up some potatoes boiled then and added that too. I added cream of mushroom soup too. It is wonderful and i use crescent rolls for the dough. Amazing!!!!

I have tried this and it was delicious. My autistic son even loves it. Been trying to get him to eat veggies the longest time. This did the trick. I made another one the very next day.

In reply to Dorothy Kennedy. That should work fine, Dorothy. I typically just freeze the filling though, as I find that easiest. I thaw it and assemble the pie when ready to bake.

Made this recipe for dinner, loved it! I had to add extra flour to thicken it and also threw in some garlic and onion powder!

Excellent! I made this for dinner tonight and it’s very tasty. I added corn. Looking forward to trying your Blueberry Oatmeal cookies ?
