Hi there, while I personally do not stress the raw flour, I know some are concerned with the safety. Using the microwave, you can cook (aka heat treat) the flour for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds. Or if you prefer to use the the oven, spread flour out on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 5 minutes. Use immediately or store in an airtight container for later use.
