In reply to darby. You can certainly bake this with dried cherries, and it will technically work, but you won't have the same juicy bites of cherry in the bread. The cherries will be chewy in the bread.

I wanna try this recipe but unfortunately I have dried cherries. Do you think dried cherries would work as a replacement for frozen cherries?

I am allergic to ALL fruit. can i omit the cherries or do i need to replace the 1 cup with something else?

In reply to Mary Lou Koontz. If there is a GF flour that you've substituted 1:1 in the past with success, it should work fine in this recipe too.
