In reply to Jenny Sargent. Hi Jenny, I'd bake them off right away. I'd bake them light in color, cool completely, and freeze (double wrapped), then wrap in foil and heat through, uncovering at the end to deepen the gold.

Question: I made the dough today (Friday) for Easter Sunday. Is it okay to refrigerate shaped rolls once risen or should I bake off right away??

Excellent recipe and instructions. I consider myself a pretty good cook, however my baking skills are seriously lacking. Baker’s have my utmost respect. THIS recipe is easy, and if you follow the directions it’s exactly on point✌️
