Perfectly sweet ripe peaches are as ideal as summer fruit comes. As much as I love eating fruit year-round, warm fresh-picked fruit is amazing.

It’s a hard choice because I love strawberries, blueberries, cherries, and apricots too, but peaches win out as my summer favorite every time.

In fact, I rarely find myself baking with peaches because they are so delicious all by themselves. I don’t always stop to take the time to add more ingredients.

If I do find myself with a pile of ripe peaches on the counter that need to be used before spoiling, this recipe comes in quite handy.

Honey Peach Lemonade

I always enjoy homemade lemonade, but there’s something even more fun when you mix things up to make it a little more special, like this Mint Lemonade that we make with fresh mint.

Sweetening this peach lemonade recipe with honey instead of making a simple syrup makes it super easy and no stovetop is needed.

Many other peach lemonade recipes I have looked at require time to cook the peaches on the stove, then cool puree. Others need a simple syrup of sugar and water boiled together.

I prefer the fresh taste of uncooked peaches to cooked peaches when making this lemonade. The recipe is so simple that with just a blender and four ingredients, a refreshing glass of honey peach lemonade only takes minutes to prepare.
